We want you to love your Akoia pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with exchanges and returns. see details below
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery
To get started, email love@akoiaswim.com with your order number:
• Include order number, item name, reason, and a photo if faulty
• Wait for approval and return instructions
• Ship your item using a tracked service
• We’ll process it once received
Important Notes
- Sale items are final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges)
- Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour
- Orders refused due to unpaid import duties or delivery rejection are not eligible for refund
- Please do not send returns to our Bali office — items may be seized or heavily taxed
Return Conditions
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene liners must be attached
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
Please note:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage
Exchanges
- Available on full-priced items only within 30 days
- Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code
- Use your credit to reorder your preferred size or style
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If your item is unavailable, you may use your credit to preorder (if available) or choose another style
- Sale items cannot be exchanged
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Email us within 30 days with details (and photos if possible)
- Return the item once approved
You can choose:
- A full refund (including shipping), or
- Store credit
Refunds or credits are processed after inspection and approval.
Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear
